u On July 9, 2014, Guizhou 9X Minerals LLC obtained the mining right
of Lijiashan Barite Mine in Yantang Township by publicly listing, with
the mining license number C5222002015076130138863.
u Export trade of products goes smoothly during the mine construction.
u The company's ownership structure is clear, its operation is legal, and
there are no tax issues and legal disputes.

5. l Located in the Minzhu Village of Yantang Town, Dejiang County, Guizhou Province, and 5km away from the
county seat and Dejiang Station on Highway. There's a planned railway and a cement road directly leading to
the mining area. The vegetation is not developed in the mining area, which is half cultivated and half barren
carbonate slope land, and without structure or building overburden;
l Industrial site is with direct distance 1.7km away from the nearest 10KV transformer station;
l Production and living water consumption is supported by local rich water resources;
l With 20km road transportation distance to Gonghe Port, Wujiang River, convenient for shipping of products to
export port.

7. Due to the limitation of the geological report, the
documented reserves are 1,000,000 tons, and the deep
resources have not yet been effectively controlled. The
mine has optimistic reserves development potential, and
there are good quality fluorite resources buried in the
deep, which has been unanimously accepted by many
geological experts.

9. Global barite is rich in resources but not of high quality. Most of them are drilling grades, and the number of barite mines for high-end
applications such as coating grade and chemical grade is limited.
There are more than 40 countries produce barite in the world. Most of the barites that can meet medium- to high-end applications such as
coating grade, chemical grade, brake pad grade, and barium meal grade are produced in China.

10. Comparison of China's Output and Export
Volume in 2012-2018
u Barite in China is mainly exported to the United States and
Europe. China is the world's largest producer of barite.
According to the latest USGS data, China's barite production
was maintained at 3.2 million tons in 2018.
u China and the United States are the world's largest suppliers
(producers) and demand countries (consumers), respectively.
The United States imports 73% of the ore and drilling grade
barite from China.
u Europe has gathered the world's largest producers of
coatings, polymers and automobiles, so it may continue to be
the world's largest consumer of non-drilling barite in the future.
The barite products of 9X Minerals are mainly oriented to
middle and high-end applications such as coating, chemical,

mainly produced in the
l i m e s t o n e s t r a t u m o f
t o n g z i h o n g h u a y u a n
formation (O1t+h) of lower
ordovician system. The
surrounding rocks on both
s i d e s o f t h e v e i n a r e
medium-thick limestone and
a small amount of dolomitic
limestone.
The ore body is controlled
by the N-W extensional
fissure and occurs in a
steep slope.The
engineering geological
condition is a simple type,
which is beneficial to the
construction and mining of
the deposit.
The orebody is located
above the local minimum
erosion base level, with
simple hydrogeological
conditions and no water
hazards.
The regional terrain is
gentle slope, and the
exposed ground is
limestone, without
geological disaster and
other disaster factors.

19. Mining Method-Shallow Hole Shrinkage Method
u The average thickness of ore body is 1.36m
and the average dip Angle is 75°.The roof and
floor are medium-thick limestone and a small
amount of dolomitic limestone. The rocks are
hard, and the stability of the roof and floor are
good.
u According to the actual conditions of orebody

21. u 9X Minerals has established a long-term and stable cooperative relationship with barite processing plant near the mining area. The
processing plant has superior geographical position, complete equipment and strong processing capacity. The processing product quality
can meet the requirements of domestic and foreign customers. The processing plant has advanced superfine powder production
technology and equipment. The processing plant integrates crushing, ore washing, grinding, quality inspection and logistics, with perfect
service. The mill has sufficient grinding capacity, and can customize white barite powder under 5000 meshes according to the specific
particle size requirements.
u In addition, 9X Minerals also plans to cooperate in the construction of a processing plant in the industrial park near Dejiang Gonghe
