My goal is to continue my career as an Administrative Assistant and work
towards advancement opportunities. I am a self-starter and a very hard

 Executive recruiting & on boarding for 35 stores totaling one billion in
sales volume.
 Experience with: PeopleSoft / Taleo / Kronos where time keeping,
employee record keeping, and time management is concerned.
 Executive report management as requested by directors primarily using
excel as a reporting platform.
 Calendar management utilizing Outlook for both directors.
 Travel planning and arrangement across the south-east region covering
seven states.
 Assist in HR management of fifteen HR managers and their locations
for two Districts.
 HR audit management via corporate directives for time keeping,
attendance, and hiring practices.
 Key HR support for store level contacts across both districts.

applicable to both Directors as well as to myself.
 General Clerical duties such as knowledge and usage of all standard

 Answer multi-line phone/general customer service calls coming into the
Vice President/Store Manager.

supervision.
 Management of multiple teams, 45 cashiers, three cash office associates,
six delivery associates, as well as liaison with a third party delivery
company.
 Ordering of store supplies utilizing an internal Oracle based software
system.
 Training of all front-end, administrative, & delivery employees.
 Responsible for all scheduling and maintenance of the Kronos staffing

SKILLS
Computer: PeopleSoft, Taleo, Kronos, Microsoft; Excel, Word,
Publisher, Outlook, limited experience with Microsoft Access, and
Power Point. In the Past I have used Adobe; Photoshop and
PageMaker. Both of these were used in a classroom setting where they
were the focus programs of the course. I have knowledge in installation
and usage of computer software/hardware. Some computer networking
ability as well.
Management: Most of my work history has been in management in one
form or another. I enjoy being a part of a person’s growth both as an
individual and as a team member. I enjoy organizing people to utilize
the best of their abilities and to train those that they will require. In the
past I have been chosen as a leader in communication internally as well
as externally. This communication has occurred in many forms,
contracting, ordering, employment placing, and scheduling.
