2. Leonard calls on all employees with an innovative
business idea to become intrapreneurs: in-house
entrepreneurs.
How does it work?
Leonard will support your project through a two-stage process:
From idea to project
During 4 months, intrapreneurs are coached and trained to validate their idea.
They spend 20% of their working time on the project.
From project to business
If their projects meet final requirements, intrapreneurs can benefit from 4
months of supplementary support in order to test their first product or
service.
