Whatdo you know about your impact on all students in your
classroom? How are they progressing in the curriculum?
How do you know the level of your impact?
What drives your knowledge of impact?

StandardisedTesting. Formative Testing. Summative Testing.
Student Voice. These are all good sources.
Timing of measures. When do you gauge your impact? Is it the
same as your neighbour? Is there an ideal?
Effect Size – Have you looked at quantifying your
teaching? It is possible to be done with a normative
test (ones that generate #’s e.g. e-asTTle).
