This document outlines the agenda for a two-day seminar for a WSU field-based superintendents' certification program cohort. Day one includes presentations and panels on leadership, a superintendent's personal journey, and challenges faced in the field. Day two focuses on the state budget, education reform initiatives, and a case study in managing districts for high performance. Attendees are reminded to submit assignments by December 1st.
