• Build daily plastic & powder prototypes for R&D department by program, set up, and
operate the rapid prototype machines such as Dimension and Z corporation 3D printer.
• Design, modify and build prototypes, tools, jigs and fixtures per customer request
using Autocad software. Experienced in manufacturing environment enable an efficient
application of design implementation.
• Prepare CNC programs, set up tooling requirements, and operate wide range of
vertical CNC milling machines (Arrow 750 & 500), Viper and Robodrill.
• Capable of using surface grinding, Blanchard, waterjet cutting, conventional milling,
