PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: On July 9, 2018, the Utica International Embassy’s
Interim Prime Minister Vogel Denise Newsome (“Newsome”) was stopped on Springridge Road while
coming out of Clinton, Mississippi approaching Highway 18 by one of the Ku Klux Klan’s BLACK CODES
Enforcement Officers! Newsome pulled into the parking lot of the Springridge Pentecostal Church
located at about the intersection of Springridge Road and Highway 18. The Officer asked for Vehicle
Registration and Proof of Insurance. Newsome advised the Officer he would get NONE of the
information requested and will ONLY be receiving her Utica International Embassy
Identification Card – i.e. a UIE Travel Decal is posted in the Front Window (Driver Side)! She
provided the Officer with her UTICA INTERNATIONAL EMBASSY IDENTIFICATION CARD. The Officer
reviewed the information on the UIE Identification Card and returned it. The Officer was advised
that the State of Mississippi’s Governor (Phil Bryant) as well as the State of Mississippi’s Legal
Counsel (Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz) and United States Department of
Justice have been NOTIFIED of the Utica International Embassy and the CREDENTIALS that its
Citizens/Supporters will be using. The Officer was also advised that the CONTACT INFORMATION
for Phil Bryant’s/United States’ Legal Counsel and United States Department of Justice, etc.
is provided on the BACK of the Utica International Embassy’s IDENTIFICATION CARD(S) should
there be any questions! Without further incident, Interim Prime Minister Vogel Denise Newsome was
advised she could leave and did so!
