Spoken English
Greeting people. Introducing oneself & others, making and responding to
requests, suggestions and complaints, giving opinions, making appointments,
agreeing and disagreeing during conversations, asking and giving permission,
expressing feelings, handling the telephone and facing interviews
English Grammar
Simple present, present progressive, past/present and future tense, verbs,
vocabulary (word definitions- synonyms, antonyms), formal/informal letter
writing standards, reading tasks and speaking tasks etc.

Course Objective: develop individuals in their knowledge of spoken,
grammar and business English, build fluency & confidence in reading,
speaking, listening and writing, equip the individuals to be confident in
their communication.
Having total 17 years of work experience and with the acquired profes-
sional qualifications I wish to share and educate the young individuals to
overcome the language and business challenges as new members to
the business world. I’m a MBA holder from Cardiff Metropolitan Univer-
sity UK and National Diploma in HRM, currently serving as a freelance
Lecturer/Trainer and HR consultant.

who have reached the management & leadership level having the
required knowledge and competencies wish to divulge my manage-
ment and leadership experience among the new generation. To address
this situation it is important that we build our young generation equip-
ping them in Business management, leadership and English Language
skills to be aligned to the rising demand in the competitive business
environment.
