Client: Marks and Spencer plc. (Also known as M&S) is a major British multinational retailer headquartered in the
City of Westminster, London, with 703 stores in the United Kingdom and 361 stores spread across more than 40
countries. It specialises in the selling of clothing and luxury food products. M&S was founded in 1884 by Michael
Marks and Thomas Spencer in Leeds.
• Handled/Resolved various IT incidents and given various suggestions to client which helped to control the
flow of incidents (tickets).
• Expertised in the areas of Assortment Management, Master data, Merchandise Category, Listing.
• Have prepared several functional specifications for the new enhancements of project.

Client: DFS ("DFS Group") is a major luxury travel retailer. Established in Hong Kong in 1960, its network consists
of duty free stores located in 18 major global airports, 14 downtown Galleria stores, as well as affiliate and resort
locations. The Group is privately held and majority owned by the luxury conglomerate Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton
(LVMH), alongside DFS co-founder and shareholder Robert Miller. DFS Group employs over 9,000 people. In 2012,

over 200 million travellers visited DFS stores. DFS is headquartered in Hong Kong and has offices in Hawaii, Los
Angeles, Shanghai, Singapore and Tokyo.
• Prepare FSDs, Configuration documents, Error handling documents.
• Analyze the current Master Data available in SAP and adding the additional fields to meet the requirements
of WMS Tool (RedPriarie)
