• In what areas is he most effective?
Vineet was very effective as the Team Lead on the Global Dangerous Goods Web project both
technically and from a project management point of view. Vineet showed considerable skills in ability
to understand AZ’s business requirements in this area, and translate into very effective systems
requirements specifications. He managed his Web team very effectively and always delivered the
Software Releases on time and to target budget.
• Describe ways in which he has demonstrated exceptional performance:
I found, as Global Dangerous Goods project manager, Vineet’s ability to deliver what were in certain
areas some very complex requirements. His focus on delivering the customer’ requirements were very
good and the general service levels delivered by his Web Team were very good.
