“Our Triumph”
On June 12, 1898, upon the declaration of Philippine Independence, we, the Filipino people,
raised our flag as the sign of our triumphant against the invasion of other country. It is all thanks
to our heroes who showcased their bravery and audacity to make our country attain its longed-for
freedom. Understanding our story, our past, symbolizes our deep gratitude and admiration. We
should continue the path they given to us and not put everything into waste.
