PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Versatile, goal driven professional and a first Class Marine Engineer with 13 years of sailing experience on
Product and crude tankers, Chemical carrier and container carriers. More than a year of shore experience
working as Technical Superintendent with Samson Maritime Limited, India and based at Mumbai.
Presently associated and working with Dubai based Noah Ship Management Company since Jan, 2014, as a
Technical Manager.
During my tenure as a Superintendant with Noah Ship and Samson Maritime, I was handling 4 DP1/DP 2 and
AHTS vessels including an accommodation barge trading in Saudi Arabia and Indian Coast. The main function
areas in this role was :‐
Have carried out Annual Flag State Inspections, General Inspections, surveys and Audits for
DP1, DP2 and AHTS vessels.
Identifications of training needs of officers and crew and organizing various training
programs in line with the requirements of the officers.
Dealing with various Ship owners, government and private agencies and developing wide
network base with the seafaring community in general.
Worked in Ship yard with a ship repair company carrying out docking of vessels up to 8000
T DWT. Well versed with all dock repairs and routine dock jobs.
Creating and maintaining annual budgets to the satisfaction of owners.
Managing human resource requirements of ships managed by the company. Selection and interviewing the
candidates.
Experience as Technical Superintendent: Jan 2014 ‐ till present and from Oct 2011 – till Oct 2012.
