consist of 28 ATM Officers.
• Responsible for managing atm’s assets for
HDFC,AXIS,ING,CORPORATION,DBS,DCB,RBS,CITI,ICICI BANK,which is
around 1232 ATM’s.
• Responsible for maintaining the Assets in the Site.
• Extract the work from the engineers for smooth running of operations.

• Initiating new process which would increase customer’s satisfaction level as
well as revenue.
• Co-ordinate with central team from HO and provide support to each and every

SBI:-
Supporting the SBI bank with our MS & CIT services in all over India.
• We have supported the SBI with our MS services which i am responsible to
keep the high uptime by solving the issue on the right time.
• Handling CIT team to make sure all the ATM’s has been loaded properly as per
indent.
VENDOR MANAGEMENT & ASSET MAINTANENCE:-
For TN & Kerala sites AC, UPS & Camera maintenance includes the coordinating with
vendors to complete the issues

M-AUDIT:-
It is the software which monitors the daily work of the ATM officers and it is also used to book
the call and quote approvals.
• I am leading the TN, KARNATAKA &ANDHRA team from the initial level of
training the employers to highlighting the cons of the software to the technical
team for better evolution version.
• Managing the AC,UPS & CAMERA quotes and make sure all vendors
complete the call
SITE SOURCING:-
Euronet has the BL project with HDFC,AXIS,CITI,ICICI,DCB .This project includes
everything from implementation to dismantling of the ATM site. Site implementation is all
about Pre work to make ATM live.
 As per the bank perception we will be having the quarterly targets for new sites
which includes following steps
• Identifying prompt location,

TRANSACTION IMPROMENT:-
Every site will be under observation by the central team through which the low performing
sites will be identified and steps to improve the transaction will be improved.
CASSETTE CALIBARATION:-
During demonetization lead the team for cassette calibration both in Chennai & Rest of
Chennai and completed the NCR machines calibration successfully.
