2. ABOUT THE COMPANY:
PLC Network Solutions Inc., is a provider of Broadband Over Powerline Solutions (BPL). The company
is a high-technology systems application provider and developer of state of the art devices that supplies
power-line communications (PLC) solutions for the commercial, residential, and industrial markets. In
summary, secure high-speed voice and data from your electrical wall outlet. PLC Network Solutions Inc.
provides a full spectrum of services through its leading edge of FCC certified high-speed modems and
devices. The services are high-speed data communications such as secure high-speed 128kb protected Internet
access using existing common electrical wiring, as well as providers of secure and reliable Voice Over IP
services (VoIP), and the ability to deliver Internet TV signals (IPTV). In effect, the electrical wiring already
in place becomes the backbone for the local area network. A gateway distributes data to multiple modems,
which users plug into ordinary outlets to access data at speeds between 6mbps, and now deployment ready
20mbps with our next generation of devices.
The PLC Network Solutions Inc. family of Internet access products offers a viable and cost-effective
alternative to the challenges of hard-wiring and wireless local area networks (LANs). This technology
delivers a variety of benefits, including easy installation, convenient Internet access from virtually any
ordinary electrical outlet, secure and reliable data transmission, ease of use, and a cost-effective solution.
The PLC Network Solutions’ products are designed for use in commercial and residential applications,
including hotels, office buildings, schools, government buildings, shopping malls, multi-dwelling residential
buildings, and anything else with an electrical outlet.
PLC Network Solutions, Inc. was founded by the management of various technology partners, who are
providers of high voltage BPL Solutions to utility and hydro companies.
PRODUCTS:
PLC Network Solutions Inc. presently has devices FCC certified and ready for the rapidly expanding North
American and global market. The company’s flagship data and voice ready modems are leaders in the
industry, which includes as part of its product line our secure 128kb Voice and Data, USB and Ethernet
Interface Modems. The products are presently being deployed in Germany, Spain, Asia, and many more with
great success. The market presently has only a few competitors that possess the technology to deliver secure
and reliable Voice and Data Broadband. PLC Network Solutions Inc. presently can deliver 7mbps, but with
its new next generation modems, the company can deliver up to 20mbps, which is far ahead of what the
present cable and telecom companies can deliver. Furthermore, no expensive cabling is needed to deliver
these services. The cabling infrastructure is already present within every home or office. Just plug in the
modem to any electrical wall outlet and the customer will have access to reliable high speed Voice and
Data with the capability of receiving live TV quality video through the internet (IPTV). Furthermore,
PLC Network Solutions has the existing backend and billing infrastructure to offer an alternative to expensive
and unreliable cable ISP’s. The product is differentiated from other competitors devices provided by
Telkonet, Current, and Ambient, on one or more dimensions including being able to provide a robust
200mbps technology for Mid Voltage and Low Voltage Power infrastructures.
The core flagship device is a modem that utilizes proprietary Azcom and DS2chipsets and processors. Basic
services include Internet access, VOiP, and IPTV compatibility. The customer will be able to purchase any
BPL service to meet their needs from PLC NETWORK SOLUTIONS.

PowerSuite BPL is an application server that was designed to specifically work with BPL networks for
network management, access and operations. In addition, PowerSuite BPL performs billing, invoicing, price
plan development, and customer management. The PowerSuite BPL application is commercially ready for
sales demonstration and production deployment. Electrolinks' research and development and product
marketing team are currently working on PowerSuite BPL MX (Multimedia) that is expected to handle all
voice, video conferencing and video-on-demand applications. This software application provides a host of
features to allow service providers (i.e. utilities) to collect, bill and manage real-time BPL data and users.
Collection and automated-meter reading data management applications can be integrated on the BPL network
to implement commercial and residential energy management programs, during peak hours to avoid
blackouts. PowerSuite BPL employs distributed polling agent architecture to provide a high performance
solution capable of monitoring BPL networks from several hundred devices to tens of thousands. Remote
software and Web based consoles provide network information to everyone who needs it.

own world-renowned devices through license and distribution agreements with it’s technology partners that
would easily allow the company to create a large footprint in the anticipated global 12 billion dollar BPL
