Social media is a great way to connect with potential clients and get your work seen by many. It can also be
time-consuming and hard to manage. To keep up with everything, you need to have a strategy for growth.
That is where I come in!
I’m going to show you 5 ways that you can grow your social media page, so that you don’t have to feel stuck
or overwhelmed by the situation.

Start with the basics
The first strategy is to start with the basics. This means posting at least once a day, and including a photo
whenever possible. People like photos, and eye-catching images are easier for people to remember.
To get even more likes from your posts, be sure to ask question or start a conversation in the comments on
your post. You might also want to add a call-to-action at the end of your post if it is promoting something like
an event or sale.
If you don’t have time to do all of it every day, aim for four posts per week and make sure that at least one
of those posts includes a photo.
Engage yourself
Social media is a two-way street, so the more you engage with your followers and fans, the more likely they
are to return the favor. It’s important to respond to messages, posts, and tweets in a timely manner. Show
your followers that you’re listening by responding to their posts or asking questions that can spark
conversation among your followers.
Here are some ways to engage on social media:
-Respond to all messages
-Post regularly
-Comment on related posts
-Ask questions for discussion
Be consistent
2. in your posting
One of the most important things to do when managing your social media page is to be consistent with your
postings. I find it easiest to post at least once a day. It’s also a good idea to post multiple times per day, but
don’t go overboard or you might start to annoy your followers.
One exception would be if you are just starting out on social media, and need to build up your following and
establish yourself as an authority in the niche. In that case, you may want to post more often at first, then
scale back once you’ve built up a decent following.
That being said, it is always important not to spam your audience with unnecessary posts that don’t offer
anything of value. This will turn followers off from following you, and decrease the effectiveness of your
marketing efforts.
It is also very important that you are consistent with how often you post about different topics. If for example
you normally blog about business-related content one day and then post cat photos another day, people will
notice the difference in what they see on their feed and might unsubscribe from your page altogether
because they prefer one type of content over another. You should have a strategy for what kind of content
each social media account should provide so that it remains interesting for people who might not enjoy all
types of content equally!

Monetize your efforts
One of the first things you should do is monetize your efforts. You’ve probably heard this a million times, but
it’s worth repeating: if you are not making money off your social media, then you are wasting time. There are
many ways to monetize your efforts, and each social media platform will have its own way of doing so. For
Facebook and Instagram, one way is through ads. You can get paid for every click to your website or social
media page that comes from an ad. This is a great way to make some extra cash while growing your
followers on these platforms. Another way is by selling products or services on the platforms themselves.
Whether it be through Etsy or PayPal, there are many ways that you can sell items without ever having to
leave the app.
