Manage 46 Penn Apartments on the Plaza as well as Cambria Luxury Rentals. Class A high rise
properties www.46pennapts.com and www.cambriapat.com 46 Penn has 169 units and we opened
our doors with 29 leases I acquired by leasing site unseen out of Cambria. We reached $2.018 per
sq. ft rents on the average and hit the 95% mark within 7 months, 3 months earlier than budgeted.
Cambria is a 96 unit one person office, all leasing, reports, rent collections from December 2012
to Jan 2015. Given the additional responsibility of 82 additional units to manage in August 2013
called Summit Apartments that were closed to re develop. Managed Colonial Court Apartments in
addition to Cambria till units were vacated and demolished for new development. We use Yardi
property management software, Saferent and Rentpayment.com. Managed marketing program
and Concierge with outreach throughout lease up of both properties. Completed the construction
punch walks, ReWalk’s and furnishings in the office areas. Supervision of two properties with
two assistants, 2 leasing, one concierge and three maintenance.

Manage the daily operations of a high rise Class A Condominium project downtown Kansas City.
Supervise Maintenance and common area housekeeping for 20 floors of common areas. Supervise
staff of maintenance, doormen, housekeeping, dock supervision. Rent Manager software, manage
Utilities billing through the Emon system, Rent Manager for unit accounts. Manage Accounts
Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Bids, HOA Meetings. Type Memos, Monthly Financial

Lead weekly, monthly and quarterly marketing meetings to determine our focus on physical
and financial needs of the Class A properties in Lease Up. Research and implement various
marketing opportunities. Organized all community events that would bring in new exposure
to the project. This was accomplished through city office officials, publications, mail out
material, local businesses as well as the YMCA partnership. Examples would be blood drive,
YMCA events and community exposure used to its optimum effectiveness. Worked with
programs; Yardi, Onesite and Microsoft Office products. Unit count ranged from 288-350.
