Public Administration degree programs began in the Philippines in 1952 to help rebuild the civil service after World War 2. offer Public Administration (PA) degree programs in Asia.
It was offered in line with the recommendations to rebuild
the civil service and facilitate recovery from World War 2.
Public administration degree programs are designed to

different areas, specifically those area which affects the
government or community at large.
