VenTESOL Board of Directors, committed to the Venezuelan ELT
Community and trying to reach every corner in our country, is looking for
State Representatives in the following states:
Amazonas Anzoátegui Aragua
Barinas Bolivar Cojedes
Distrito Capital Miranda Nueva Esparta
Portuguesa Yaracuy Táchira
Vargas Apure
If you are a proactive teacher, you want to help and enrich the
Venezuelan ELT Community and you are willing to put into practice
volunteer work, please send to venezuelatesol@gmail.com:
 Curriculum Vitae with con contestant digital picture and scanned
main supports, such as university diploma.
 Letter explaining why you would like to be our state representative in
your area and three (3) projects you would like to develop if you were
selected to be in that position. Let us know if you have participated as
an organizer in any ELT event in your region and talk about your
experience.
In order to participate, you should first know the roles of
VenTESOL state representatives and be sure you can accomplish them:
1) to run continuous processes related to the work of the organization such
as volunteering, regular contacts with educational institutions and other
relevant entities, attracting partners for volunteer work that can support
you in temporary activities and monitoring of these participants;
2) To organize events and perform necessary activities that promote
learning and teaching of English in their state and its region within the
Association under the guidance and foreknowledge of VenTESOL Board.

3) To coordinate permanently its state and regional activities with the
VenTESOL third Vice President, following the guidelines established by the
Association.
4) To approve the admission of new members in the association interactive
media spaces, monitoring the members activities with the purpose of
reporting and implementing disciplinary action against possible abuses or
discrimination.
5) To publish and disseminate relevant content and advertisements related
to the mission of the Association in the interactive media determined by the
Association.
6) To actively participate in the logistics of any event or project that
VenTESOL Board of Directors organizes, including the National Convention,
which will be assigned specific roles to the state representatives.
