2. WIDSOR PROB
 Widsor probe is designed to
evaluate the compressive strength of
the concrete in a place.
 It is a non destructive process .
 It can be used with same
effectiveness on both fresh and
matured concrete.

3.  A hardened steel alloy is drilled at
high speed into the concrete and its
penetration is measured.
 The compressive strength is directly
proportional to the resistance to
penetration .
 The compressive strength of concrete
is empirically is related to the
penetration that varies with the
hardness of concrete.

6. PNR TESTER
 It is used to measure the
consistency and plasticity of
materials such as creams , pastes,
semi-solids, or viscous materials.
 The shape of the penetrator
depends on the type of the material.
 A needle like penetrator is common
ofr hard tester material.
