Verizon was experiencing 100% YoY growth in their Salesforce database for years. They outgrew simple tools and needed
complex rules applied to very large datasets quickly to manage the volume flow and sustain sales growth.
The Solution
For 12+ countries, Valgen build and delivered advanced cleansing, fuzzy matching, field reconciliation and record survivor rules,
as well as lead assignment rules and maintained the process monthly.

The new processes reduced duplication by 30%, enriched 5+ million records and reduced costs by $1.5 million.

The Business to Professionals (B2P) group needed to consolidate 600+ data feeds from 200+ sources annually, cleanse poor data
quality and enrich coverage, to build a robust marketing automation program.
The Solution
Valgen completed the consolidation – that was incomplete after 1+ years – within 4 months; built a 700K+ database in Salesforce,
updated and validated address, phone, emails and contact info. Reduced update time from 6 months to 6 days.
Results
The B2P group was able to support their growing team of 12+ reps, create targeted segmentation and marketing (which was not
possible previously). Added $6M to revenues in 1 year.
