There are many artist managers out there, but none are quite
like me. Integrity and righteousness are at my core, guiding
each and every decision I make. I have the ability to
understand people and what moves them, creating strong
connections with those I meet. My background working for
lawyers has taught me a strong work ethic, and my

The role of this position is to assist the talent acquisition team and
the tour director with tour execution. As a caregiver, I have a desire
to help others through dedicated assistance. I believe this quality
would be very valuable in a tour execution since there are many
teams working together to make the tour happen. Thus, as someone
who has a desire to help, I believe other people would appreciate

7. Target Audience -
The customer I would like to attract would be interested in
creating a positive impact on society through their projects.
Perhaps they would be interested in improving their image and
building their brand as being socially conscious. This is
something of special interest to both generation z and
millennials (around 15-35-year-olds), which would perhaps be
the target audience of my clients. My customer would also be
willing to pay a premium for my unique services because they
would recognize the monetary value behind these responsible
projects. They would also be located either in Colombia or in the
United States.

Short term goals: Get a job working in a production company to learn
the ins and outs in production.
Mid-term goals: Start working with independent artists to help them
jumpstart their careers and get their projects out into the world.
Long term goals: Open my own production company where I produce
