La participante es una joven con vestimenta, porte y actitud de
acuerdo a su edad cronológica y su contexto. Está dispuesta, colabora
con las preguntas planteadas, se encuentra activa, alerta y
euprosexica, así mismo mantiene una expresión verbal fluida,
mantiene actitud visual espontánea debido a su pensamiento en
curso, y por tal razón hay un pensamiento organizado. La participante
se encuentra orientada en tiempo, espacio y persona. M refiere que se
sentía triste y molesta por el engaño de su papá a su mamá y
menciona que eso ha traído repercusiones en su vida amorosa,
adicionalmente M presenta estado de ánimo bajo/ abulia por realizar
actividades sociales. Para finalizar la participante no manifiesta
síntomas relacionados a alteraciones perceptuales ni alteraciones en el
ciclo del sueño.
4. MOTIVO DE CONSULTA
La consultante refiere que: “Mmm pues yo estoy aquí
hoy porque quiero hablar sobre el cambio que se
generó en mí a raíz del divorcio de mis papás”
5. HISTORIA DEL PROBLEMA
A lo largo de su vida siempre fue una persona que creía mucho en el amor, sobre
todo en el que tenían sus padres, ya que este fue su centro de inspiración al
momento de crear su idea del amor en pareja. Por otro lado, experimentó su
primera relación romántica, en la cual su versión del amor tomó más fuerza.
Hace 5 años sus padres tomaron la decisión de separarse debido a un engaño por
parte del papá. Desde ese momento la mamá se sintió muy triste y debido a toda
la situación por la que estaba pasando lloraba constantemente en las noches,
hasta tomar la decisión de irse del hogar con tal de no ver al esposo. Tiempo
después sus papás arreglaron su relación de amigos, pero se han venido
presentando ires y venires en la relación de pareja. La consultante a partir de esta
situación empezó a sentir miedo de expresar y experimentar sentimientos por sus
parejas, también sentía inseguridad de empezar una nueva relación con alguien.
Este tipo de respuestas se siguieron repitiendo posteriormente, después de
terminar su primera relación sentimental debido a situaciones abusivas por parte
de su pareja.
8. HIPÓTESIS DE ADQUISICIÓN
Se presenta un moldeamiento de conducta
ante cualquier estímulo discriminativo en el
caso de que se establezca o se genere una
relación sentimental, lo cual indica que se
establezcan reglas verbales como “voy a sufrir,
me van a engañar o me va a pasar algo malo”.
Por esta razón M se adelanta a los hechos de
las contingencias y evita entrar en contacto con
estas, de tal modo que prefiere no tener una
relación seria o cercana. Por este motivo M no
entra en contacto con las contingencias porque
estas pueden ser dañinas para ella.
9. HIPÓTESIS DE MANTENIMIENTO
El consultante emite conductas en función a
evitar involucrarse sentimentalmente con sus
parejas y expresar sentimientos hacia ellos,
esto con el fin de no verse comprometida en
una relación amorosa. Adicional a lo anterior,
cuando la consultante se involucra
sentimentalmente en sus relaciones, tiende a
evadir y generar barreras frente a estas.
La emisión de estas conductas se dan en
función de evitar cualquier tipo de posible daño
emocional dirigido hacia ella, que la pueda
afectar de manera directa.
