• For organic growth quality and quantity of content must be good
• Students are unlikely to switch over from Scribd and Slideshare unless they are
incentivised in the beginning to come to Viden
• Online Quizzes with prize, collaborations with college, incentives for uploading the
content, campus ambassador program etc. must be done to get the attention and
the content.
