Limiting the number of children in a family means more resources for each child and more time for the parents to dedicate to each child.Family planning helps protect women from any health risks that may occur before, during or after childbirth. These include high blood pressure, gestational diabetes, infections, miscarriage and stillbirth.

• Whereas families who do not adopt planning have poor economic condition.
• Such families neither make a good home.
• Neither is able to take care of children.
• Women who give birth to children every year.
• It has a bad effect on this health.
• While having more children, they are not maintained properly.

Even today the country needs a strong family planning program.
We have not had complete success yet.
There are many obstacles in family planning.
Poor class families want more children.
