Indian Market Entry of Henry Ford Health System.
 Contribution – Prepared the detailed Information Memorandum, Financial Model, Valuation
and Teaser. Took part in the deal negotiation process to understand the points of agreements
and the differences of the parties, took part in the internal discussion and made the required
changes in the deal marketing tools.
