1. Area Must have no net club loss
2. First round Area Director’s club visit Report 75% by end Nov and second round club visit
report 75% by end May.
3. Min 3 clubs to be Distinguished status plus one new club in our Area.
• Club Base and Goal for year – Currently 4 Clubs in Area 39. Our goal
is to add one more new club in our Area.
• Membership Base and Goal for the Year – Currently member base 93
and the Goal is 145
• Strategy – 8 new members per Club plus one new club with 20
members
