Editor's Notes

  • A few years back I changed the approach
    Customers were exited about it

    Got in touch with Watzlawek
    Schultz, Gierschik …

  • The outcome created by incubators and accelerators is quite meagre.
Reason: they are basically a playing field, a platform for experimentation.
It is about nice attachments to the given business or if more serious staff is created it gets rejected as soon as it is disrupting the core business.
  • Their own business model is hindering them. Let us understand why (next chart)
  • U2U: optimize copy/make copy part of the speaker notes
U2S: Have taken the company building out. It is not their core business and (mostly?) done in separate entities.
  • This is Strategyzer
The same is true for Blue Ocean Strategy associates Network, Innosight or Strategos

Their own business model is hindering them. Let us understand why (next chart)
  • U2U: optimize copy/make copy part of the speaker notes. Much of the cops might be better used when it comes to introducing the NC-Creator approach

  • The requirements of established companies differ greatly from those of start-ups. There is a given infrastructure, given employees they need to take care of.
They need approach that help them to be bold and they need support in executing without wavering

  • U2S: Animation available
