Health
Allocated NPR. 874.1 million for the control and

9% of total budget is allocated in health sector.
Aimed to upgrade provincial hospitial to 300 beds.
Government announced to provide NPR. 100, 000
in relief to families of those who’ve died from
Covid-19.

12. Education
 To ensure “Literate Karnali Province” in the upcoming three
years. For this, modality and working pattern will be developed
in coordination with the local government
 "Quality Education and Quality Educational
Infrastructure: The Backbones of Provincial Prosperity”
Policy.
 Special scholarship programs for the children from dalit and
martyr’s family.
 “Chhori- Buhari Technical Education Scholarship” program
will be implemented for increasing access of women to
technical education

One local unit , one grain storage programmee in the
partnership with the local govt.
