Description : This project involved Implementation of SAP R/3, SRM for APGENCO
of Andhra Pradesh Power Generation Corporation Limited is one of the pivotal
organizations of Andhra Pradesh, engaged in the business of Power generation. Apart
from operation & Maintenance of the power plants it has undertaken the execution of
the ongoing & new power projects scheduled under capacity addition programme and
is taking up renovation & modernization works of the old power stations.
The installed capacity of APGENCO as on 02.06.2014 after Andhra Pradesh State
Reorganisation is 4559.6MW comprising 2810.0MW Thermal, 1747.6 MW Hydro and
2 MW Wind power stations contributes about half the total Energy Requirement of
Andhra Pradesh. After a detailed business blue print phase mapping to SAP R/3
Implementation was taken up.
As an SAP- MM Core Team, handled following responsibilities:
Detailed business study and process mapping, system analysis, carry out customization settings,
testing, operations support, documentation user training.
Responsibilities:
 Involved in requirements gathering and analyzed client’s business process, performed
gap analysis and configured as per the business blue print

Description : This Project involved production support of SAP R/3 for Infineum. The
Infineum Group of Companies is a world-class petroleum additive enterprise With headquarters
in Milton Hill, UK, and with regional business and technology centers in the UK, US and
Singapore, Infineum is a developer, manufacturer and marketer of lubricant additives used
primarily in automotive, heavy-duty diesel and marine engines, along with additives for fuels and
refineries. Its customers are oil companies and other lubricant and fuel marketers.
Responsibilities:
 Tracking the incidents from Remedy ticketing tool and responding.
 Providing production support to the Incidents as per the SLA
 Based on priority of ticket call the user and giving support.
 For critical issues through the desk top sharing support to the user.
 Monitoring the batch jobs.
 To write a functional spec for change requirements.
 Test in development and Quality finally moved to production after getting approval
from client.
 Prepare the test document for change request and updated in the system.
