Editor's Notes

  1. Amberley Snyder is the epitome of a person who refuses to be limited by her disability. Briefly tell her story. We are designing for her.
  2. Design Objective Team paraMOUNT aims to provide paraplegic horsemen the opportunity to ride independently, regardless of location. Intent to Design The intent is to build a lift device attached to a horse trailer which a paraplegic rider could operate independently.
  3. We started by establishing certain design requirements Main Points: Horse Trailer Max height of horse Safety laws: ADA, ASME
  4. We obviously need an updated picture here We believe this to be the best solution to the design question. Improvements from PDR design We will now decompose the model and analyze each subsystem to show how the design requirements are met.
