relationship with coordinators if necessary
Site control & management: check & advise adjustment of project drawing; coordinate with
designers, workshop & subcontractors for arisen matters at timely manner; ensure safety
procedure is followed; assess & control subcontractors’ capabilities, ensure the productive
workshop
Completion stage: inspect project stages and hand over upon completion
Maintenance service: set up maintenance plan; administer the maintenance services with
subcontractors of ME, AC, Data and others; assign appropriate manpower to handle
maintenance service as scheduled; assess the result and plan advance scheme; assess
