developing new business. My background includes extensive experience in preparing and developing presentations,
managing internal and external relationships, and consulting with clients to determine their needs in an effort to negotiate
fair value based pricing proposals.

! Increased territory’s daily LTL shipping customers by 50%, increasing territory revenue by $100,000 FY 2013.
! Penetrated 98% of assigned market resulting in 2.6% SOM increase within territory; led Houston Region as #1
TM in consumer sales engagements (4Q 2011) (RJ Reynolds Tobacco).
! Performed territory analysis and developed 2012 business plan leading to market share growth of 6.0%
(RJ Reynolds Tobacco).
! Top 10% in SNUS sales volume and #1 in Division for Gaining New SNUS Contract Programs FY year 2012
(RJ Reynolds Tobacco).
I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a concentration in Sales in 2008 from Southern University,
Baton Rouge, LA. In addition, I am on track to receive my Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in
accounting and finance, May of 2016 from Louisiana State University.
I possess outstanding interpersonal communication skills, demonstrated through resolving problems with innovative
solutions and sales aptitude to interpret customer needs efficiently and effectively. I also have the ability to build rapport
with both my customers and company peers by creating meaningful relationships, as well as, taking on leadership roles as
necessary.
