Having a party is fun but can sometimes be very stressful. We at Trinity Stores and Dulwich Bakery like to take
the heat out of your special event so you can enjoy the company of your guests.
As well as beautiful food, we can provide
experienced, house trained staff to take the strain away from you, so you can enjoy your event to the full. They
will set up your event, look after your guests and clean up afterwards, leaving you with only your hangover to
worry about the following morning.
All prices exclude extras such as staffing and transport.
Finger food
Substantial and made with organic ingredients when they are best quality. Ideal for an informal drinks party.
These can be served at room temperature but benefit from gentle warming in the oven. As a guide, allow 6-9
pieces per person.

Fork food for parties
For everything from office lunches and business suppers to a big birthday celebration or a christening for
sixty, here are some of the dishes we can prepare for you to help the party along. We can also prepare simple
sandwiches, starters, dips, soups and salad if you would like. We find that a combination of a couple of our
delicious salads plus either a cold buffet centre piece, a large quiche or one of our warm party dishes work well. If
however you would like something different, please ask.

We constantly evolve our range of salads to reflect what’s best in season. These work well on their own, or with

2. Tortilla, high Spanish style
These are substantial deep tortillas, also available cubed as a canapé or pre-dinner snack.

For larger buffet parties, these dishes can form the centrepiece for everyone to share. They combine very well

Our chef has a sweet tooth, so baking and sweet things are a natural passion for him. All our cakes and sweets
are made from scratch, and are unapologetically indulgent. Please ask if you have any special requests, such as
an inscription for a birthday party.
