 People who only watch TV
are called couch potatoes!
 If you watch TV more than 2 hours a day you will
be like them!
 To be healty you need to play
football,handball,hide and seek..
Some advice for good health
 Buy a new tootbrush every month.
 Go to the dentist’s twice a year.
 Don’t look into the sun.
 Drink five glasses of water every day.
 Don’t get on buses and trams.
Walk,walk and walk.
 Don’t skip breakfast.You need energy
for the whole day.
