The document contains notes from two meetings with a client reviewing a script. In the first meeting, the client pointed out spelling errors, confusing sections, unnecessary capitalization in character descriptions, needing to clarify lab workers and locations, and making flashbacks and a fourth wall break clearer. In the second meeting, the client noted missing scene numbers, descriptions better suited for another document than the script, and capitalization errors.
1. Notes from first meeting
● At the top of page two, the client noticed that the word Facility was spelt wrong.
● She also pointed out a confusing section about the naming scheme that I forgot to
remove.
● The client told me that character descriptions don’t need to be capitalized, only the
name within them.
● The lab workers caused some confusion - I offered to clarify that they weren’t in shot,
and identify them clearly by name.
● The client wanted the voiceover to be marked as such.
● I needed to make the location clear; that Svalbard is an island in the arctic circle, and
that Zoey is hibernating in the Svalbard Seed Vault.
● The client also noted that I needed to make the flashbacks clearer.
● At the end, I need to clarify that there is a 4th wall break at the end.
● I also need to uncapitalize some text.
Notes from second meeting
● Throughout my script, the client noted that I omitted scene numbering.
● I also included language that is better suited to the Shooting Script Accompaniment
rather than the actual script; such as descriptions of shots.
● Character Descriptions are better included on another document, rather than the
script.
● The Client noticed that I forgot to capitalize Laos. I also left some notes to myself in
the script text.
