Stacey Behling was employed as a Human Resources Manager with our
company from December 9, 2013 to April 10, 2014. During Stacey’s time with
our company she was a great member of the team. Stacey helped edit and re-
write our Employee Handbook in both English and Spanish. She was very
involved with the day to day recruiting for our business that typically has a very
high turnover rate. During her short time with the company, Stacey was able to
lower our turnover rate through more stringent hiring processes and increased
communication with our employees. Stacey also assisted with the
implementation of ADP Payroll in our business and has worked to add an online
employee newsletter. I would recommend Stacey for any Administrative or
Human Resource Management positions. She will be a missed member or our
