To whom it may concern:
Tinne Lilholt-Grøne has several times been employed at the Metropolitan University College in Student
Services. Most recently in Student Services for Postgraduate Studies and Diploma Degrees (STU EVU) in the
period August 2013 to July 2014.
In this period, Tinne was Education Coordinator the Diploma Degree in Management. Tinne was
responsible for study administration of several modules in the Diploma Degree in Management; admission
of students, billing of the participation fee, planning exams and a continuing dialogue with students,
teachers and professional consultants about the degree. Besides that, STU EVU and the Institute of
Management and Administration have benefited from Tinne’s communicative abilities, both written and
oral. For example, Tinne has, in collaboration with a professional consultant, updated and rewritten all
study handbooks and other guides, so that they appear homogenous and in an easily understandable
language.
Tinne is very talented, and she quickly familiarizes with new tasks and works effectively and independently
med them. Furthermore, Tinne is structured and analytical – useful qualifications in a busy and turbulent
workday.
