• Marketers are utilizing artificial intelligence for social media
analytics and measuring social media metrics.
• Artificial Intelligence helps marketers effectively monitor
social data.

Artificial Intelligence = Higher Efficiency
• AI can produce highly efficient analytical procedures on
consumer engagement and hot words.
• As a result, marketers can use this social data to generate
advertisements and messages specifically to the target
audience.

• AI can identify key words, headlines, and images that are producing
the most engagement among competitors.
• The data that is produced from artificial intelligence analytics can then

consumer privacy and job security for markers.
• Privacy – AI obtains large amounts of consumer data to recognize
patterns.
• Marketers that are utilizing AI need to ensure that ethics are enforced.
