4.  This SBU is focused on creating digital ecosystem. In this, an ecommerce marketplace
emerges. Multi-Works Development is currently trying to sell accounts as it serves to
become a broker in this. This SBU facilitates the safe trade of accounts. This SBU also
develops tools in the form of applications and websites in order to be able to meet political
objectives such a field training.
 Mission: To create digital media for the purposes of access, integration and design
resulting in P2P that facilitates trade over a digital platform. The hybrid business model

 The ecosystem- This revenue source requires a clientele base. The SBU is prepared to
execute market penetration, proliferation and development to be able to obtain such
audience.
 The tools- These products are released and are available for purchase via a one time
payment.
 Metaverse- This product is currently in development. This product contains an economy
wherein the currency is the International Unit or the ITUT. This product and service is
available as freemium or a subscription with locked privileges.

6.  The domestic competition for this SBU are developers such as technosoftware and
creative works. These software developers are based in Vancouver.
 The foreign competition is Square Enix. Square Enix is a large Japanese firm that
develops vast worlds. They are in the business of MMORPG’s and it is likely that the
company has next generation MMORPG technologies. Multi-works Development
keeps UpToDate on there developments per Miles and Snow. Another competitor of
this caliber is Jagex. This company maintains an MMORPG, “Runescape.”

7.  There are various trends in this industry. Games such as Roblox and Minecraft
emerged with large fanfare. It is these online MMORPG experiences that this sbu
seeks to create.
 There is also a trend in the first person shooter genre as games from Activision and
Electronic Arts have solid support. Although this SBU does not make FPS games, it
takes the philosophy of the genre and creates tools that help people learn and adapt
and become agile. These are done via cognitive behavioral therapy techniques which
are included within the applications.

8.  The issue this SBU is currently focusing on is security. In an online world, security
and privacy are necessities to keep trade secrets from being disclosed. This SBU has
studied parts of the digital body to be able to create measures whereby security are
implemented against intruders who may be interested in causing tort violations.
This SBU uses encryption to protect its intellectual properties.

9.  This SBU makes its products for rating e for everyone. It seeks to appeal to this

development. It has released beta and demo products in the hopes that it could
intrigue potential partners. This SBU seeks to learn development techniques which
would maximize the hardware and software being used. In this several years from

11.  This SBU is self sufficient in theory. However, it’s the uptake of technology that is
slow. Multi-Works development is creating its products on those grounds. It realizes
