Once a project goes Out To Tender, we will
ensure all specified products are quoted to the
tendering contractors.
Once a quote becomes an Order To Place

7. AQUALITY are based in West London. They make
bespoke Rainwater Harvesting and Grey Water
Recycling systems which collect Rainwater (from the
roof) and Greywater (water from the toilets, showers,
wash hand basins) and then clean it through an aerobic
process and recycle the water back into sprinkler
systems, toilets, car wash systems, irrigation systems
etc.
OUR PRINCIPALS MANUFACTURERS WE REPRESENT
CHWS are a supplier of high-quality commercial water
heating products. Their extensive range includes the
WRAS approved ProPak Thermal Packaged Plate Heat
Exchangers, Heavy Duty ProStor Indirect Cylinders and
DHW Buffer Vessels and ProRapid Semi Instantaneous
DHW Generators.
HIdROS was founded in Italy in 1993 as a trading
company operating in the field of humidification and
dehumidification. Today, HIdROS designs, develops
and tests heat pumps and water chillers with cooling
and heating capacities from 5 to 900 kW. In addition to
this, HIdROS can offer a wide range of tailor-made units
to meet any customer requirement.
AQUATECHNIK’s Safety Pol system has a unique
flared jointing system, providing a simple, yet secure,
installation method for multi-layer pipes. The fully
WRAS approved system has a safety system made up
of Pe-X/Aluminium/Pe-X pipe and PPSU fittings, which
form a complete solution, providing high thermo-
mechanical resistance and long-term material stability
and reliability.

appliances for heating, cooling, refreshing and cleaning the air we live in.

All our agreements with the manufacturers we represent are ‘exclusive’. This means that
clients and customers can contact us in the first instance or any our manufacturers directly.
OVENTROP UK LTD was founded in 1992 and has
become one of the leading brands in the Building
Services sector, particularly for high quality valves,
controls and systems. We look after their range of
mechanical and digital Heat Interface Units.
Established in 1966, TREBLES is the largest
independent pump distributor with manufacturing and
service capability in the UK with team members
specialising across all fluid circulation product types,
from domestic, to commercial and industrial pumping
and pressurisation equipment.
9. Matthew Tickle
MATTHEW TICKLE founded TICKLE Technical in 2016. He has over 30 years
experience working within the Building Services Industry. His apprenticeship was
spent working with consultants, mechanical contractors and ductwork manufacturers.
As a technical sales agents he has worked with over 20 manufacturers. Matthew has
various volunteering roles as well as being a board member of The Manufacturers'
Agents' Association (The MAA) and The Sales Peoples Charity. He is responsible for
business development, Principal relationships, project and quote follow up, marketing
content, customer meetings and closing orders for our Principals..
Jason Quaife
JASON QUAIFE is our Operations Director responsible for Directing and coordinating
the internal structure of Tickle Technical, Operational aspects of the company
strategy, Maintain & Develop Principal & Client Relationships . Jason has been in the
sales profession for over 25 years and spent the last 14 years working within the
Fastening industry specialising in selling to the construction industry. He was
instrumental in leading an MBO team and successfully completed the MBO and
subsequently took on the role as Managing Director.

10. Ian Law
IAN LAW is responsible for sales, closing orders, logging contacts and projects,
progressing quotes, managing agents and staff, sending reports to Principals,
updating SalesLoop (our CRM) and arranging CPDs and client meetings. Ian has
worked in the Building Services Industry for over 30 years and has vast experience of
the specification and sales process, business management, supply chain, product
design and contracting.
Marcell Claassen
MARCELL CLAASSEN follows up on OTT projects and is responsible for our
Marketing and content creation for the social media accounts, websites, eBooks and
processes the marketing data reports. He runs his own expedition company and is a
trained Expedition Leader and Dive Master. He is also an avid photographer and
birdwatcher and loves hanging around in cold, mountainous terrain.

GEORGE SHACKLETON is our Accounts Manager and he has a background in
Accounting & Finance. He has bought and sold two businesses and is an extremely
analytical, hardworking and dedicated individual who also supports the Marketing &
Business Development Team with web design, graphic design, social media and
videography.
