What is Ticketbis?
Ticketbis is an online platform where users can securely buy and
sell tickets for any type of event. The website offers more than one
million tickets internationally and makes it easy to attend events all
over the world.
Within Ticketbis.net, every user can buy and sell tickets in a secure,
guaranteed and easy way. The platform has transformed the
secondary ticketing market into something transparent and safe.
Ticketbis, a global project
Ticketbis was founded in December 2009 and in its first year
became a market leader in Spain. Thanks to its brilliant results, the
company began a strong process of internationalisation, starting
operations in eight new markets.
Ticketbis is currently present in more than 40 countries and the
main difference between Ticketbis and other websites is that
Ticketbis is a global project: market leader in Southern Europe and
Latin America. As a result, Ticketbis offers tickets all over the world
and at the same time, is developing a local strategy for each
market. The company has transformed the way people purchase
tickets worldwide.

Ticketbis and Fila Cero:
Philanthropic projects and events
Despite being such a young
company, Ticketbis has a
corporate social responsibility
approach in order to share the
fruits of their labour with those
in need.
The platform implemented a
system of micro donations,
thanks to Fila Cero, which gives
users the option to donate a
small amount, on top of their
purchase, to a specific charity. At the end of the year, Ticketbis doubles the amount donated by its users.
In 2012, Ticketbis chose a project called Positive Generation: “Voices for a future without HIV” developed by
Doctors Without Borders. The aim of the project was to give HIV patients in Zimbabwe better access to
medical treatment. Ticketbis contributed €3,000 to the cause.
In 2013, the project that has been selected is run by the NGO World Vision, a charity which aims to provide
families from impoverished neighbourhoods in Spain with basic needs such as food, hygiene kits and
school materials. Ticketbis contributed €7,000 to the cause.
In 2014, the company donated nearly €14,000 to World Vision. The funds went to three projects within the
organization, one in Bolivia to help young families in need, a hurricane disaster relief initiative in the
Philippines, and a continuation of project, previously mentioned, in Spain.
