Francois obtained his Bachelors in Commerce through the University of Pretoria. He served as an Officer in the South African Air Force where he specialised in Strategic Analysis and Tactics in Aerial Warfare. During this time he excelled in Operations Planning & Management and successfully completed numerous tours as Deployment Commander. Following his resignation from the South African Air Force in 2011 he was involved in the Human Resource industry. Currently he heads daily operations, recruitment and business development in the Western Cape for GP Consult, and Industrial Relations on a National level.
