Mr. Thomas Ruggiero is an extraordinary young man. As his A+ Instructor I have seen many
examples of his knowledge in Information Technology and been impressed by his diligence and
work ethic. I recommend Mr. Ruggiero for an entry level or higher position within the IT field.
Mr. Ruggiero is detailed oriented, studious, good natured, a team player, has good organizational
skills, and articulate. He is CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Security+
Certified. During class he is actively involved in lectures, Q&A sessions, and hands-on.
