Spend time “at the top of the ladder” every day (morning meditation, post-it
note reminders, visualisation, alerts throughout the day)

Willingness to let go What is possible if I let these go? What is likely to happen if I hold on to them? 4. Shift perspective Who am I at the top of the ladder? 5. Reinforcement Spend time “at the top of the ladder” every day (morning meditation, post-it note reminders, visualisation, alerts throughout the day)
