One of the reasons why people usually stay up late at night is they are addicted to
social media such as facebook, instagram… They do not realize the effects it will
cause to their health, like their skin will cover with blemishes, their body will get
heavier or skinnier. Staying up late can decrease the effectiveness of their work but
some people are very busy to finish their tasks in order to meet the deadline.

I'm an active young adult that is currently living
in the era of social media, where there are not
only more opportunities but also very crowded
and busy. From that I started to develop a not
so healthy lifestyle, sleeping at late hours is
one of those bad habits.
Stay up late at night and oversleep prevent me
to concentrate, easy to loose my temper, affect
my appearance and worse it damages my
relationships. All of the above hinders me from
doing my work well, stops me from achieving
success. I need an effective solution, or more
precisely a motivation that could help me
change this bad habit.
