The Country Logistics Coordinator is a member of the country SMT, responsible and accountable

Corps Logistics policies and procedures. Ensured IMC procurement policy and procedures are

shared with all stakeholders ( Finance, Program and HQ) and are in line with standard financial

 Participated on Project designing, PP developments and regularly updated PP’s in
collaboration with Program team and ensured PR’s risen on time and procurements are

 Proactively coordinated and managed tracking of all supplies, services and works
procured. medical supplies, equipment, materiel and food in transit, through its receipt,
storage, and onward distribution to include the locating and negotiating contracting for
storage/warehousing that is secure, well-maintained, and meets health and safe working
practice requirements.
 Provided technical oversight, input, supervised and coordinated Logistics staff and
ensured safe delivery of supplies, services and works as per the PP. Ensured all
Procurements are as per the plan, budget and within the project implementation period.
