21. 究心公益科技薛毓弘指出，Microsoft Azure Management
Portal 是最好用的功能之一，在單一介面就能取得所有統計
資訊，不同職責的人還能自訂想要看到的資訊，像是執行長
在意流量、IT 主管關心服務狀況，錯誤報告搭配即時曲線圖
則可立即進行追蹤。
Microsoft Azure 的另一個好處是自動延展及部署，可根據預
先設定的標準值或是因應活動指定特定日期來自動加開資源，
尤其救災系統常會在災害發生時流量爆增，甚至可能連 IT 管
理員都進不了系統，所以更要以自動化機制預防這種狀況發
生。
究心目前使用的 Microsoft Azure 服務元件包括 Web Server、
SQL Database 和 CDN。由於服務內容攸關大量圖資，CDN
能大幅提升網站的回應速度，尤其國際性專案的存取需求來
自四面八方，CDN 也可讓不同國家的使用者都能享有快速存
取。
