of our society. I have known Taylor for over five years and have been amazed watching
him infect people of all ages with his love for life and basketball.
I have had the opportunity to coach Taylor Young at both Fresno City College and
Bellevue University and during this time he has worked for me for many different events,
camps, and tournaments. Also, I have had opportunity to observe Taylor on a daily basis
as not only have I been his supervisor, but also his coach.
Taylor’s passionate attitude about life and his ability to mentor young people in positive
directions, help to make him an extraordinary person and mentor. His disciplined and
intense nature stand as a symbol of the wonderful example he is for all who know him, as
he inspires people to be the best that they can be.
While watching Taylor as he worked for me during various basketball tournaments and
