We usually are within an arms length of our phones at all times: sleeping, bathroom, boating, camping, etc.
This is the method that we use to stay in constant contact with our support group that validates our choices, likes, and lifestyle. To loose our phone is to be cut off from our reality. “iDisorder” ▪ 750 teens and adults were studied ▪ Most respondents check text messages, email or social media “every 15 minutes” or “all the time.” ▪ Exceptions: people over 50

Cumulatively, the effect is potent and hard to resist.”)
