3. Employees have to be kind and friendly,
otherwise the clients will find somewhere
else to shop. People feel very uncomfortable
in front of people´s bad mood.

4. Fit in a group
It doesn´t matter if it is a pet shop, a clothing
store or a food store, all of them have created
its own identity, and the clients react very well
to that, they act as the most part of people at
the store, a patronized behavior.

People can become angry very fast. So
pay attention on how much time clients
stay at lines, how long it takes to find a
salesperson, how warm or cold the
store is, etc

6. Consumerism
According to Oxford Dictionary,
Consumerism is the "emphasis on or
preoccupation with the acquisition
of consumer goods". So displays can
sell a lot, even when the client
doesn´t need the product, but it´s
there to see, try and feed the need
of buying. Some stores forget to
replace products at these displays.

7. Mistakes
1. No one answers the store's phone;
2. Employees don't know how to answer client questions;
3. It is prohibited to try the products;
4. Products aren't organized by function;
5. Salespeople stay after clients all the time;
6. Hidden prices.
